ImproveWell included in top 10 HealthTech companies for 2024

ImproveWell is pleased to be named the UK’s 9th most innovative HealthTech company in BusinessCloud’s HealthTech 50 innovation ranking for 2024, which celebrates businesses creating original technology for personal and preventative healthcare, GP practice management and messaging.
Readers of online technology publication BusinessCloud and an expert judging panel whittled down a shortlist of more than 100 companies to decide on the 50 most innovative companies blazing a technology trail in healthcare.
ImproveWell made the top 10 with our platform that helps healthcare organisations to tailor the way that real-time frontline feedback is collected, quickly identifying areas for improvement and suggested solutions.
Jonathan Symcox, editor of BusinessCloud, said: “There is nothing more important than one’s health, which is why the HealthTech 50 is a ranking I particularly look forward to every year. These companies are providing the tech to keep people well and aware of their health status. It’s a privilege to shine a light upon them.”
BusinessCloud called on its readers to vote for companies from the 112-strong shortlist and saw almost 2,000 votes pour in. These votes were combined with choices from an expert judging panel comprised of:

- Abeyna Bubbers-Jones, CEO, Medic Footprints
- Charlotte Lewis, principal associate – commercial health, Mills & Reeve
- Lucy Moore, director of strategy and partnerships, Refresh
- Jonathan Symcox, editor, BusinessCloud
Lara Mott, CEO and Co-founder of ImproveWell, said: “Frontline healthcare workers are like smoke detectors for issues – spotting areas for improvement before they become serious problems. But they don’t have time or a clear feedback mechanism to share their ideas for change, which tend to be easy to implement but make a big difference.
