Troubleshooting
If something isn’t working with the ImproveWell iOS or Android mobile applications, we recommend the following first steps.
IMPORTANT: we recommend that you’re always running the latest version of the ImproveWell application as well as the latest version of your phone or tablet’s operating system before following these steps.

Always try restarting your phone or tablet first if you’re having trouble with ImproveWell.
If restarting your device doesn’t help, please try using ImproveWell on Wi-Fi and on your mobile data connection to see if the problem is because of a weak Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.
If restarting your device and checking your connection doesn’t help, we recommend deleting and reinstalling the ImproveWell mobile application. Please ensure that you have a strong Internet connection when installing the ImproveWell application, as an interrupted data connection during the download process can cause issues.

For the best user experience, we recommend using Google Chrome. ImproveWell also supports Safari, Firefox and Microsoft Edge.
