This release sees improvements to the inner workings of our app. We’ve included some changes for upcoming features and a few other tweaks and bug fixes.

13 Aug 2018 3.0.15

This update includes improvements to the usability of the app. We’ve added an auto-scroll to show the most recent messages. You can now see who sent each message and we have added more notification badges so you can see those records that need your attention.

There have also been some minor bug and UI fixes that we include in every update.

6 Jul 2018 3.0.13

This update is all about improving your experience in the app, it contains the following:

  • The text box for sending messages is now bigger and supports scrolling
  • We’ve added the version number in the app so you can ensure you’re always on the latest version
  • It’s now quicker and easier to join a team
  • We’ve made the messaging in the app more human friendly

We’ve made some changes under the hood as well and squashed a few more bugs.

We have been hard at work making improvements to our app. This release includes the following:

  • Improved notifications for messaging
  • A smarter in-app dashboard for managers
  • Enhanced in-app charts
  • New survey question types
  • The ability to participate in anonymous surveys

We’ve also squashed lots of little bugs and improved our in-app prompts to deliver an even better user experience.

Fixes and functionality.

  • Users can now be invited to ImproveWell via email
  • Managers inviting a user by email will be prompted to add the user to a project team
  • Users who have been invited via email will be taken to the home screen once they have completed their profile setup
  • Fixed a bug where the dashboard template layout changed after updating the status of an idea
  • Fixed a bug where the mood graph was not being displayed after selecting a mood from the home screen
  • Corrected a small number of typos

Technical FAQs

Troubleshooting

If something isn’t working with the ImproveWell iOS or Android mobile applications, we recommend the following first steps.

IMPORTANT: we recommend that you’re always running the latest version of the ImproveWell application as well as the latest version of your phone or tablet’s operating system before following these steps.

  • The latest version of iOS is iOS 12.1 which was released in October 2018
  • The most recent version of Android is Android 9 Pie, which was released in August 2018
  • The latest version of ImproveWell is 3.0.16 released on 18 November 2018
Restart your phone or tablet

Always try restarting your phone or tablet first if you’re having trouble with ImproveWell.

Check your Internet connection

If restarting your device doesn’t help, please try using ImproveWell on Wi-Fi and on your mobile data connection to see if the problem is because of a weak Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.

Uninstall and reinstall the mobile application

If restarting your device and checking your connection doesn’t help, we recommend deleting and reinstalling the ImproveWell mobile application.  Please ensure that you have a strong Internet connection when installing the ImproveWell application, as an interrupted data connection during the download process can cause issues.

iPhone and iPad – delete the ImproveWell app via the “Settings” function

  • In iOS 12, tap Settings > General > iPhone Storage. A list of your apps will appear at the bottom of the screen; it may take a few moments to load.  Tap on the ImproveWell app’s name, then tap Delete App.
  • Go to the App Store, reinstall ImproveWell and then log in with your username and password.

Android

  • Go to your phone or tablet’s Settings and tap Applications > Manage Applications > ImproveWell. Tap Uninstall.
  • Go to the Google Play Store, reinstall ImproveWell and then log in with your username and password.
