ImproveWell awarded a place on the G-Cloud 12 framework
28 September 2020
28 September 2020, London (UK): ImproveWell LTD (“ImproveWell” or “the Company”) has successfully been awarded a place on the G-Cloud 12 framework and is an approved Crown Commercial Service (CCS) supplier for cloud services.
CCS is the biggest public procurement organisation in the UK, and the G-Cloud 12 framework makes it simple for customers in the UK public sector to find and buy cloud computing services. CCS vets and reviews suppliers regularly, which saves customers time in finding suppliers and checking their reliability.
Lara Mott, CEO and Co-founder of ImproveWell, said: “To be awarded a place on the G-Cloud framework for the third consecutive year highlights our strong commitment to delivering our software solution to the NHS. I would like to thank my team for their hard work in ensuring that our service meets the necessary standards for all of our public sector customers and look forward to working with new organisations over the coming 12 months.”

About ImproveWell
ImproveWell is a digital staff engagement solution for improving quality in healthcare. It gives everyone a voice, helping organisations to improve staff experience and the quality of patient care from the ground up.
We recognise that those on the frontline are best-placed to improve the systems they work in and that a happier workforce leads to better patient outcomes and improved performance. The ImproveWell solution’s three feedback systems boost morale and empower the frontline to drive change. 24/7 everyone can: suggest ideas for improvement; share how their day at work is going; and complete tailored pulse surveys. An intelligent dashboard helps group and organisational leads to capture real-time data, track workforce sentiment, prioritise quality improvement efforts, measure change and publish reports to complete the feedback loop.
