30 May 2022, London (UK): ImproveWell LTD (“ImproveWell” or “the Company”) has appointed Jason Osmond, Chief Executive Officer of Forge Technologies as Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

Jason is a technologist with a 25-year track record, holding several leadership and board positions for both privately owned and publicly listed organisations. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Forge Technologies, a digital IT services business focusing on three technology pillars: future workplace, cloud optimisation and network transformation. Prior to this, Jason was Executive Director at Ocean Intelligent Communications, an IT managed services provider with a focus on cloud services, for seven years resulting in an acquisition by digital transformation company, CANCOM, in 2018. Jason previously spent 16 years with Bistech Group plc, the IT services provider, holding a variety of senior roles rising to Sales Director and member of the Executive Board.

Jason Osmond, Non-Executive Director of ImproveWell, said: “Real-time frontline feedback is a powerful source of business intelligence, and the ImproveWell solution makes it easy for organisations to build learning systems. The tool has been pioneered by the NHS, the world’s fifth largest employer, over the past six years and supported critical improvement, transformation and workforce wellbeing projects across the globe during the pandemic. In the wake of a pandemic, there has never been a better time for others to learn from the NHS and become listening organisations.”

Lara Mott, CEO and Co-founder of ImproveWell, said: “As the eyes and ears of organisations, the workforce is perfectly placed to identify ways to improve staff experience and service delivery. We are privileged to be supporting partner organisations across the NHS, emergency services and animal health sectors, particularly in navigating new ways of working over the past couple of years. On behalf of the Board of Directors, we are thrilled to welcome Jason to the team. His guidance and approach will strengthen our leading position as the purpose-built engagement solution for improvement in health and care.”

About ImproveWell

Giving everyone a voice, ImproveWell makes it simple for organisations to capture continuous, real-time insight to improve staff experience and service delivery.

The solution is grounded in three principles: those at the frontline are best-placed to improve the systems around them; giving staff a voice and empowering them to find solutions to the challenges they face is fundamental to engagement and positive experience; and a happier workforce leads to better outcomes.

Developed in partnership with healthcare organisations, ImproveWell’s feedback systems provide a platform for people to drive change, together. 24/7 everyone can: suggest ideas for improvement; share how their workday is going; and complete tailored pulse surveys. Insights from wider stakeholder groups can also be tapped via customisable online portals. An intelligent data dashboard helps group and organisational leads to capture real-time data, track workforce sentiment, prioritise quality improvement efforts, measure change and publish reports to complete the feedback loop.

But ImproveWell is not just a technology solution: a dedicated Customer Success team provides consultative onboarding and ongoing advice. Furthermore, customers can join a community of improvers offering opportunities for collaboration and sharing best practice. Simply put, the ImproveWell solution helps create the right environment for wellbeing at work and continuous improvement.
