At East London NHS Foundation Trust (ELFT), the connection between staff wellbeing and patient care is paramount. By partnering with ImproveWell, they introduced a simple mobile platform that empowers staff to track their good days and bad days instantly. This shift not only removed barriers to engagement but provided leadership with immediate, actionable data to improve the daily working lives of their people, ultimately leading to better care for the community they serve.
